About

I’m a Dutch composer, sound designer, and music producer, working where sound meets story. My roots as a DJ taught me how rhythm moves people; over time, that instinct grew into a deep fascination with how music and sound can shape emotion, space, and meaning.

For years, I crafted sonic worlds for brands like Nike, Coca-Cola, Kenzo, Campari, and Triodos Bank. First as in-house composer at FHV/BBDO, then as co-founder of MOST, the creative audio studio I helped build and shape for 17 years. Those years brought me invaluable collaborations and international recognition, with awards from ADCN, Clio, Effie, Andy etc.

For over a decade, I composed the music for Viktor & Rolf’s Paris fashion shows—soundtracks that aimed to echo the theatricality, boldness, and poetry of their vision. That same energy fuels all my work: finding the emotional thread, the underlying pulse, and weaving music around it.

Film, especially, is where I feel most at home. I love stepping into a director’s world, letting the narrative speak, and then responding, adding tone, texture, tension and release. My goal is always to deepen the emotional resonance of a story, to underline what is felt but not said.

In 2025, I stepped away from MOST to open myself to new collaborations and fields. Such as: short films, documentaries, installations, and anything else where sound can create a world. My work continues to evolve, but always with the same intention: to listen closely, and then to respond with sound that moves.
